1. Full digital intelligent control, 100KHz ultra-high inverter frequency, "zero delay"  sampling circuit, make accurate power response to each state of the droplet transfer.
2. Unique power energy discharge design, the current drop slope is as high as 10,000 amps / millisecond, and the "zero impact" of the instantaneous current force on the molten pool during the droplet transfer is achieved .
3. High-torque and low-inertia worm gear worm motor, supplemented by 120-line high-precision code disc and high-frequency motor control system, to obtain millisecond-level motor start, brake, and anti-wire drawing, which can realize the arc starting and retracting Precise control. Cooperate with corresponding process parameter control to achieve better arc starting and ending effects.
4. Positive and negative double-end sampling compensation, even if the welding circuit is longer than 30 meters, it can still accurately determine the state of the droplet transfer process, and realize fine control of the droplet transfer.

1. Each JOB can be individually set with characteristics such as duration, control mode, control parameters, coordination parameters, and gradient slope.
2. A single JOB achieves dual-process collaboration, abandons complex external JOB switching commands, and only needs to press the welding gun once to achieve the existing process alternate welding.
3. Smooth transitions between JOBs with different characteristics, greatly reducing arc distortion and welding spatter during JOB switching. The transition characteristics can be freely set in each JOB.

1. Tranquil Fusion (smooth short-circuit transition) 
The arcing energy is adjustable, effectively reducing welding heat input.
The arc is soft, the molten pool is calm, and the splash is very low.
The arc is stable, which greatly improves the welding walking speed.
Welding is good, reducing the probability of welding defects such as blow holes and undercuts.
Widely used for welding of thin and ultra-thin sheets of carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, dissimilar metals, etc .; especially suitable for bottom welding and all position welding
2. Thunder Fusion (short arc pulse transition) 
The arc length is short, the stiffness is high, the directivity is strong, and the welding walking speed is greatly improved.
Low welding heat input and extremely low spatter.
Welding is good, reducing the probability of welding defects such as blow holes and undercuts, and reducing the requirements for welding peripherals and labor protection supplies.
Widely used in pulse welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, high strength steel and other materials;
3. Clean Fusion (high frequency pulse energy control) 
The welding cycle is fast, the energy intensity is obvious, and the fish scales are clear.
The welding heat input is low, the penetration depth is deep, the weld gap tolerance is high, and the spatter is extremely low.
Widely used in welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum and its alloys, etc .; especially suitable for vertical welding.
4. Leaping Fusion (high-speed intermittent welding) 
The arc starting time is short and the arc closing is crisp, which can quickly form a molten pool, further reducing the heat input to the base metal by welding, and further reducing the thermal deformation of the base metal.
The fish scales are clear and the welding cycle is faster .
Welding depth is deeper and gap tolerance is high.
Widely used in welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum and its alloys.
5. Consistant Fusion (constant penetration welding) 
Process characteristics: The welding penetration is not affected by the fluctuation of the dry extension of the welding wire, and the same penetration is always maintained.
Application: Widely used in robots, special machines and other automatic welding;
 The Tranquil Fusion carbon steel process is standard, and customers can choose other processes according to the actual working conditions.
 Leaping Fusion carbon steel process is standard. Customers can choose other processes according to actual working conditions.
 The welding cycle is lower than the Clean Fusion process.
